Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Program Product Manager (TPM III) to support critical release operations for Astro products. This role requires a technically-inclined, detail-oriented TPM with exceptional communication and organizational skills who can manage product deployment, coordinate across teams, and deliver high-quality documentation for senior leadership review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data and production cycles for Astro product releases
- Compile OTA (Over-The-Air) payloads and monitor their deployment
- Track payload status daily and communicate blockers to stakeholders
- Coordinate with QA and beta teams for signoffs, testing, surveys, and release documentation
- Work closely with SDMs, developers, and other cross-functional teams
- Maintain high standards in written reports, which are reviewed by leadership
- Drive ownership and accuracy for product documentation, signoffs, and status updates
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management
- Proven track record delivering software products end-to-end
- Experience working cross-functionally with QA, Beta, and Software Development teams
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
- Background in software projects and beta program management
- Experience working with consumer electronic devices
- Familiarity with AI or cutting-edge technologies a plus
