Job Title: Program manager II (Campaign Manager)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months 


Job Description:
  • Reality Labs is seeking a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign programming and management of the Meta Quest App Store.
  • You would have a demonstrated understanding of ecommerce and pricing/discount/merchandising strategies, an interest in digital apps and games, and a strong operational and analytical sense. 
  • We’re looking for someone with systems thinking who can also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. 
  • Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, meet hard deadlines and work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners alike.
Responsibilities:
  • Support merchandising campaigns across global markets to achieve monetization and engagement goals
  • Support business goals through effective site personalization, curation and execution of marketing and commerce strategies & programs
  • Work with team leads, product managers, data scientists and engineers to execute campaign elements
  • Report, analyze and iterate campaigns based on results/outcomes
  • Create and manage aspects of monetization campaigns, including: asset creation, price negotiations, exchange-rate management, campaign localization, and more.
Must have Skills:
  • Technical Expertise: Programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript), experience with database management (e.g., customer data, user data), and familiarity with CMS implementation or customization for campaign management.
  • Program Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in project/program management with an ecommerce focus, including hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to interpret campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross functional global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Apple App Store: Familiarity with major digital storefronts would be beneficial for managing and optimizing content in these platforms.
  • 2. Knowledge of Amazon or Netflix's Content Management Systems: Experience with leading tech companies' content management
  • systems would provide valuable insights into best practices and industry standards.
  • 3. Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g., Scrum Master): Having a certification in Agile project management would demonstrate expertise in managing complex projects and teams, which is essential for leadership opportunities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Oversee and maintain content in the store, ensuring accuracy and consistency (90% of role)
  • Programming Campaigns: Develop and implement programming campaigns to drive engagement and sales
  • Internal System Management: Create and manage documentation for internal systems, including content programming and management
  • Leadership Opportunities: Potential to manage other campaigns and teams, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of project or program management with a focus on ecommerce
  • 2+ years experience designing or working within a content management system
  • (CMS)
  • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution
  • Self-starter with confidence in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Have a strong interest in VR content, culture, and future.
