Job Title: Biocompatibility Program Manager
Duration: 9 months
Location: Remote
Description:
Biocompatibility PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics, analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management, and have worked in a collaborative cross cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include engaging with cross-functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process, clear communication with peers and SME's and helping build processes and specifications.
Biocompatibility Program Manager will need the following skillsets:
• Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC, ICPMS, LC/MS, GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review.
• Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout the product development process.
• Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with the cross-functional team and leadership.
• Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment, and set up a process to track and communicate efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building workflows, processes, and SOP’s.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BS or MS in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively.
• Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.
