• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.
• PMP or PMI certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.

• Experience managing and overseeing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong executive-level engagement and communication skills.

1. Proven experience managing large application implementation programs and multi-year programs.
2. Experience managing large multi-million-dollar program budgets.
3. Ability to collaboratively develop an overarching strategy with program stakeholders and define the necessary program structure and needs.
Preferred Experience:

Soft Skills:
• Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly across multiple technology operating groups.
• Effective communication skills to articulate the needs and plans of the program to executive leadership.
