Summary:

• This role is a supply chain and transportation role with a specific focus on freight investigations, claims, and data analytics. 
• Experience is needed for parcel transportation (UPS and FedEx) with a focus on claims and freight investigations related to loss and theft.

Duties:

• Claims resolution and freight investigations, including determining claim reasons and identifying the responsible party for theft.
• Claims and undelivered shipment analyses, GPS device management, and other onsite transportation-related activities related to carrier management and escalations.
• Support our other internal teams that are engaged in minimizing theft of material and recouping maximum value from our transportation carriers.
• Other duties will include onsite transportation-related tasks such as carrier management, scheduling, and project management as needed.

 Must-Haves:

• Experience is needed for parcel transportation (UPS and FedEx) with a focus on claims and freight investigations related to loss and theft.

 Preferred background:

• Experience processing transportation claims, especially parcel claims with UPS and FedEx, would be a plus.
• Transportation, supply chain/logistics, claims, freight investigations, data analytics.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, TMS (agnostic), Oracle, and SAP is preferred.
