Position Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Montclair, NJ, 07042
Assignment Duration: 03 months + (Hybrid) / Remote

Summary: The non-IT project manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, quality control, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with account management, creative, digital, and strategy teams.
• Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal team meetings and client status meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project progress.
• Track project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project outcomes.
• Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and OOP, to ensure efficient project delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that competing priorities are balanced effectively.
• Ensure that all project assets are properly stored, organized, and archived.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). PMI or PMP certification preferred.
