Job Description: - Specialist, Workforce Analyst
Organization Objective/Purpose:
- The Schedule Optimization Role is part of the DAFGiving360 Service and Operations group.
- Members of this team are responsible for short term planning, delivering accurate and optimized schedules, maintaining schedules, recommending staffing adjustments, and proactively communicating with business partners.
- Schedule Optimization partners closely with Service and Operations Sr. Managers, Business Strategy and other business partners.
What you’ll do:
- Applies specialized knowledge, skills and experiences within area of expertise to resolves a wide range of issues.
- Applies judgment and technical know-how to identify creative ways to complete assignments and influences others to act.
- Networks with senior personnel internally and externally in own area of expertise and/or across groups to resolve issues, gain needed information and influence outcomes.
- Execute on customers’ requests to ensure strategic goals come to fruition.
- Uses knowledge of area/department to carry out plans and assignments individually and/or in guiding others.
- Has impact on the success of the area/department of responsibility.
Technical/Functional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NICE and Workforce Management software is required.

- Identifies innovative solutions and drives improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, build consensus and engage others to reach desired future state of the business.

- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, with ability to quickly organize and manage multiple priorities and personality styles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including expert presentation and communication skills – both written and oral.
- Strong process management, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail is extremely important in this position.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
