Position Title: Technical Product Manager (CDP)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Duration: 6 Months Contract
Responsibilities
- Manage a scrum team and day-to-day execution of tasks and deliverables.
- Work with a TPM (Technical Program Manager) and an Operation Product Manager to handle tickets/cases that get submitted to the team. Sr. PM needs to prioritize those tickets and assign to engineers in addition to managing backlog from planned work (epics/initiatives) that the team also needs to deliver.
- Represent the team as a team on a complex project that involves multiple teams and collaboration.
- Gather & clarify requirements where needed.
- Write user stories and manage prioritization.
- KPI tracking and handle documentation.
- Communicate progress to collaborators, functional owners, and internal team members
- Coordinate release announcements/communications (Slack announcements, documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate as required cross-functionally and with other teams to drive engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Product Management working with a wide range of stakeholders implementing data solutions.
- Experience managing large projects where multi-team collaboration was absolutely necessary with inter-dependencies and each team having distinct deliverables.
- Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts and an ability to jump into high-level architecture and related conversations in order to explain to Data engineers and other business partners.
- Ability to translate those technical concepts into functional terms and vice versa.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with shown creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience working with remote/global teams.
- Consistent track record of delivering successful products, concurrently and at scale.
- Shown ability leading scrum teams, writing detailed product/ technical requirement documentation.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce products; Data Cloud is HIGHLY desirable for this role along with Marketing Cloud.
- Must be a (current or former) Admin/Advanced Admin Certification holder.
- Have general/intermediate level of understanding of database fundamentals and data flows. Comfortable working with engineering teams to discuss concepts like tables, queries, APIs, and data mapping at a high level.
- Education - We prefer a Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent business experience.

- Experience working with/for Marketing stakeholders; familiarity with concepts like audience targeting/segmentation, channels like email, paid media and contents.
- Experience working with (Marketing or FAQ-type) contents or content management system; familiarity with concept of tagging or classifying contents.
- Experience working with Legal, Privacy and/or Data Governance; familiarity with data classification, categorization and access/user management.
- Experience using or implementing CDP (Customer Data Platform) products
- Experience working with or using AI products in your product development.
- Bonus if you are already familiar with Salesforce Agentforce products!
Must have skills:
- Salesforce CRM Admin Certification, Product Management, Project Management (doesn't have to have the title, but has done the job of a Project Manager is a plus).
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and handle a large number of projects simultaneously.
- Database basics, quick learner who can understand complex/technical solution designs and architecture.
