Title: Contract Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 5+ Months
Schedule: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM EST
Note: Training for the first 1–2 weeks will follow a schedule of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST.

Duties:
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of pricing and membership agreements.
- Reviews complex legal agreements and identifies necessary action items.
- Analyzes supplier contract bid awards to determine the appropriate system hierarchy for accurate customer access.
- Manages the most complex supplier and customer pricing agreements.
- Reviews and analyzes contracts to ensure company compliance.
- Determines appropriate member access to contract pricing based on customer criteria.
- Manages a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers, ensuring accurate updates to pricing and member access; resolves discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to meet strategic and intercompany pricing needs; takes corrective action when necessary.
- Assists in SME review of partner agreements to ensure proposed language aligns with business interests.
- Coordinates the implementation of new and amended agreements related to contract pricing and membership.
- Analyzes pricing and membership data to identify trends and gaps; takes appropriate action.
- Handles escalated issues and resolves them appropriately.
- Coordinates new team member training and evaluates progress.
- Reviews credit and debit requests for accuracy and validity.
- Reviews team-submitted reports to ensure corrective actions were taken.
- Partners with the business intelligence team to create and maintain team reports.
- Assigns incoming requests to appropriate team representatives.
- Identifies opportunities for process or system enhancements.
- Collaborates on projects to develop solutions and improve processes.
- Research escalated pricing and membership claims; takes corrective action within established timelines.
- Provides training and ongoing support to team members; shares best practices and knowledge.
- Reiterates commitment to cross-functional project collaboration for process improvement.
- B2B experience.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with modern ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle required).
- Knowledge of pricing structures and membership eligibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (must include experience with complex formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with diverse groups professionally.
- Strong time management and deadline adherence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- ERP Systems Experience: SAP and/or Oracle (required).
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate level, including experience with complex formulas.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems.
- B2B Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Pricing & Membership Knowledge: Proven experience handling pricing structures and eligibility.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
