Role: IT — SCRUM Master — Mid-Level
Duration: 12 Months
Location: 100% Remote — Need to be local to Southlake, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Lone Tree, CO — able to come onsite for meetings when needed.


Responsibilities:
Assist Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers with planning and grooming activities.
What you have:
• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master
• Led agile teams as part of Agile transformation
• Day-to-day Agile team execution and go-to person for issue resolution
Thorough understanding of:

• Backlog grooming and relative estimating
• Release planning
• Sprint planning
• Scrum metrics such as Sprint burndown, release burnup, & velocity, to name a few
• Sprint review best practices and techniques
• A variety of retrospective techniques

Tools:
• Expert at using Jira
• Expert using Confluence
