Job Summary:
- As an Entry Level Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to help optimize our global supply chain.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ SQL, Python, Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- General supply chain knowledge skill
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Supply Chain certificate
- Statistical forecasting experience
- Big Tech, Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, Dashboarding

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own and understand end-to-end demand planning and forecasting requirements and processes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent forecast and demand inputs, translating business forecasts into executable demand plans.
- Present supply and demand recommendations, driving timely decisions and ensuring clear communication across the supply chain.
- Support the development and execution of Integrated Business Planning processes within the Infrastructure team.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Python.
- Create and manage databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Lead automation projects and collaborate with IT system developers to implement and validate new tools and systems that streamline supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Drive automation projects on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and engineering, in order to best understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
- 3+ years of experience using SQL & Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with ERP or supply chain system implementation
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM
- Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods.
- Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals and other technical data.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
