Job Description:
- Client’s cross-channel, cross-category marketing (XCM) organization is looking for a driven and highly organized Campaign Program Manager. This role will manage the execution and to day to day processes of our Entertainment & Culture (E&C) campaigns and fixed marketing initiatives.
- The Campaign Program Manager (CPM) is responsible for building effective partnerships with our Marketing Managers and Creative teams, they are able to manage creative development, production, localization, and drive cross functional team alignment within our XCM teams, business partners and external agencies.
- Throughout the creative development process, the CPM will ensure overall alignment to style guide, budget parameters, legal guidance, while managing ongoing logistics, and proactively planning for any and all option value. This role routinely assesses the campaign’s progress across multiple teams (creative, media, and business teams) and remains in lock step with internal and external creatives as the team drives to leadership reviews
- This candidate will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, strategic thinking and problem solving, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership
- This role is solutions focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases
- This role will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks.
- They understand creative program management best practices, are able to clearly define roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders, manage multiple end-to end creative workflows, and able to proactively provide thoughtful solutions to address changes in timelines or feedback
- They will be an organized self-starter with the ability to develop and implement processes and able to work alongside cross-functional teams to provide guidance for projects
Responsibilities for this role include the following:
- Independently manage the development and execution campaigns & programs of small to medium scale, and support our more complex campaigns
- Manage campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, stakeholders and global partners
- Partner with and manage creative teams – internal partners and / or external agencies
- Manage creative asset development & delivery across multiple channels
- Co-manage campaign & program budget management and forecasting
- Define and look to improve existing processes, implement and / or utilize workflow tools
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of integrated consumer marketing brand or entertainment entity, campaign, creative program / project management or similar experience working with creative teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing teams
- Experience in integrated, cross-channel deliverables, especially within social.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in the entertainment industry, either at an agency or a studio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for entertainment, television/film, and the creator space
- Knowledge of proficiency with Project Management tools and programs (Smartsheet)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and post production workflows
- Awareness of basic legal and contracting parameters
