Title: Accounting Associate Analyst
Duration: 5+ Months
Location: 255 Technology Park, Lake Mary, FL 32746

Note: Candidates must be sourced locally to the Lake Mary, FL office, as this position will begin remotely but transition to onsite work once requested.

Duties:

• Contributes to the Accounting/Financial Reporting job family in a support capacity. Performs basic accounting analysis and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of assigned client accounts receivable portfolio and in preparing basic financial reports.
• Handles a specialized professional caseload. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in the specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
• Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
• Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Accounting/Financial Reporting.

Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Heavy Accounts Receivable Reconciliation experience in a B2B environment.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Skills:

• Knowledge of supplier contract pricing and chargeback processes is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office product.
• Modern ERP Software (SAP and Oracle) experience preferred.

Must-Haves & Preferences for AR Reconciliation Role: (As per previous SPC)

• B2B AR Reconciliation experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
• Analytical mindset with root-cause research ability.
• High accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience with modern ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Preferred: Associate’s degree (HSD OK with 3–5 yrs B2B/wholesale/distribution AR).
• Ideal Titles: AR Specialist, Reconciliation Analyst, Collections Analyst.
