Project Manager- (Concrete Sales)
Permanent FTE
REMOTE with Travel

  • Carolinas (Charleston, Raleigh)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to support our client in promoting and servicing forming and shoring solutions within the construction industry. This role involves drafting proposals, interfacing with multiple internal departments, and ensuring each project is efficiently supported from concept to completion. While this is not a leadership role, strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft proposals in response to client needs.

  • Serve as liaison between all departments within the client organization (admin, engineering, project management, etc.).

  • Collaborate with administrative staff for billing coordination.

  • Work closely with engineering to deliver effective solutions.

  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure proper job execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts and clients through job site visits and quarterly office check-ins.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Primarily remote with travel 2–3 days per week.
  • Regular client site visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • In-person meetings at client offices on a quarterly basis.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification (required post-hire if not already certified).
  • Engineering degree or background.
  • Formwork experience.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in construction or related industries.
  • Experience in forming/shoring and concrete.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week.


Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Former Project Managers from concrete companies transitioning into sales.
  • General Contractors with extensive concrete experience.
  • Structural estimators or project managers in construction/concrete.
  • Sales professionals from rebar manufacturers (e.g., CMC, Harry’s Rebar) or batching plant sales teams.
