Title: Program Manager V (Strategic Partner Program Manager)
Location: US – Remote. Preference for PST.
Duration: 12 Months


Job Summary:
We are a dynamic and innovative team seeking for a seasoned and strategic thinking Partner Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in building and operationalizing B2B partner programs, specifically with ISV and technology partners to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and operationalizing B2B partner programs that drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing routes to monetization and be able to navigate ambiguity as a self-starter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities and has a strong background in program architecture and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and operationalize ISV and OEM partnerships, including program architecture, partner onboarding, and enablement.
• Develop and implement routes to monetization for partner programs, including revenue-sharing models and incentive structures.
• Collaborate closely with partnerships, solutions architects, and GTM teams to programmatize and guide client through their journey on introducing and maturing technical partnerships.
• Track and report on partner performance, including metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders on partner program development and execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve program design and execution.
• Navigate ambiguity and complexity, making decisions and taking calculated risks to drive program success

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in building and operationalizing B2B partner programs, specifically with ISV and technology partners.
• Proven track record of designing routes to monetization and driving revenue growth through partner programs.
• Strong background in program architecture and management, including partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
• Ability to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and other data analysis tools

Top 3 must have skills:
• 10+ years of experience in B2B partner programs.
• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and can move in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).

Nice to Have:
• Analytical problem solving (SFDC, excel, tableau, salesforce).
• Knowledge of working with hardware and software
• Experience in designing monetization revenue growth programs.
• Experience working in a similar industry or role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
• Certification in partner program management or a related field.

Education:
BSC in Business or Economics.
