Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Complete Remote (Need to work EST Hours)
Duration: 6 + Months
 
Supporting a fast-paced, high-visibility Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementation on Salesforce Government Cloud. The developer will own user stories end-to-end with guidance from senior developers, and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions aligned with best practices. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Deliver Apex triggers, record-triggered flows, and unit-tested Apex classes 
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
• Configure dynamic page layouts, screen flows, and declarative automation 
• Collaborate closely with senior developers, architects, and BAs 
• Participate in team standups, sprint ceremonies, and Jira updates Follow Git-based version control workflows 

 Required Skills 

• 3+ years Salesforce development experience 
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, Git, and Jira 
• Understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture and SOQL performance 
• Experience with CI/CD and code reviews a plus 

 Certifications 

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) 

 Work Environment 

• Remote, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST 
• All work documented in Jira 
• Communication via Microsoft Teams (video optional but may be required occasionally)
