The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering or IT, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with power measurement tools and Microsoft Excel. This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow in a collaborative, technical environment.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test plans and provide feedback on results and issues
- Assist in the setup, loading, and execution of test equipment and software builds
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing tools per procedures
- Conduct basic repairs and help maintain lab equipment functionality
- Follow defined testing methodologies and document outcomes accurately
- Troubleshoot and debug routine testing problems, escalating when necessary
- Perform basic data analysis to identify technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with team leads on task progress and any obstacles
- Adapt to changing project needs and maintain composure under pressure
Technologies & Tools:
- Power measurement tools and test equipment
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas)
- Basic Python scripting
- Standard Windows-based tools and data logging systems
