Title: Marketing Business Planning Contractor
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 11 months
Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Note- Preference to candidates in the Northeast Tri-State area, NY, NJ and CT.
Hybrid onsite, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office. Monday and Friday Work At Home

The Business Planning Team supports the Corporate Marketing Organization and Enterprise Partners through
(1) Management of Marketing’s integrated roadmap and portfolio of work.
(2) Discovery, mobilization, and delivery management of integrated programs and projects that support the goals of Marketing and our Enterprise Partners
(3) The empowerment of Marketing employees to organically grow and collaborate to achieve business outcomes.

- You are a systems thinker with a strong ability to translate technical and/or product and design needs and work into a broader Marketing business plan that connects to channel activation and broad implementation.
- You are an adaptable and extremely detail-oriented candidate who can seamlessly mobilize, plan, and manage diverse marketing programs, while easily collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, leading meetings, and facilitating problem solving.
- You have strong teamwork skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Ability to collaborate with key technology, enablement, product, and design stakeholders to define a plan and mobilize teams to drive outcomes, accounting for critical elements such as roadmap planning, project plan development, task sequencing & dependencies, and team charters
Key Responsibilities:

- Seamlessly influence the delivery of cross-functional project teams’ outcomes and deliverables by collaborating with stakeholders of all levels to foster problem solving, provide planning resources and tools, and drive timelines
- Develop and manage the lifespan of large, detailed projects, while accounting for the ability to quickly and easily adapt to changing plans, deadlines, and adjusting sequencing
- Identify, summarize, and mitigate project risks and issues, always bringing a solution to the table or taking the initiative to facilitate a discussion that will drive a solution
- Ability to manage operational project elements such as budget and resource allocation
Skills & Competencies:
Technical fluency: ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills (including internal employees and third-party partner resources).
- Strong written and verbal communications, especially regarding public speaking, email communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with both colleagues and business leaders to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter, process-orientated problem solver, with the ability to manage multiple efforts and balance work strategically.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment. Detail-oriented is an absolute must.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms – specifically, strong command of PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with Adobe Workfront would be a great value-add.
Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required and at least 5 years of relevant experience is required in relation to strategic planning, project planning and/or project management.
