The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in the Workday configuration process and at least five years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and integration.Key Responsibilities:Workday Configuration: Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Integration.Integration Management: Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday , EIB, and Core Connectors.Business Process Management: Design and manage advanced business processes within the Workday platform.Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other analytics tools.Security and Compliance: Configure and manage Workday security roles and groups, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues to optimize system performance.Change Management: Manage system updates and transitions to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.Will On Call be outside of the standard work shift?
