Major Responsibilities
• Manage credit assessments for new and existing customers, reviewing credit limits and risk factors
• Process and track customer claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
• Provide clear narrative descriptions for O2C reports, explaining key insights, trends, and exceptions to ensure stakeholder understanding and support
informed decision-making
• Monitor and manage overdue accounts, working with internal teams to expedite collection actions
• Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, claims, and dispute resolutions within the ERP system
• Assist in providing credit-related insights and reports for management review
• Generate and send customer invoices on time, ensuring accuracy in billing details
• Perform AR reconciliation, matching customer payments with open invoices and identifying discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing and AR reconciliation activities in the S4/HANA ERP system
• Ensure that cash receipts are posted accurately to customer accounts
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciling AR accounts and providing reports for management
 
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
• English 80%
• 2 years of experience in invoicing, AR reconciliation, credit management, claims handling, or a similar O2C role.  
• Experience with financial systems (S4/HANA or similar ERP) preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order management
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
