Job Description

Global Revenue Enablement is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Program Success & Operations Manager to play a key role in the success of our Revenue Enablement Webinar Programs. In this pivotal position, you will work closely with the core team, providing crucial support for the daily operational management of these vital virtual initiatives. Your exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to operational excellence will be essential throughout the entire webinar program lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Webinar Setup and Scheduling:

  • Manage the calendaring and distribute webinar invites to approved distribution list.

  • Set up and configure Zoom Meetings/Webinar sessions for all approved webinar dates.

  • Maintain accuracy of Outlook calendar invitation making any required changes to the session abstract and presenters.

  • Monitor approved distribution list to ensure accuracy. Make required changes.

Webinar Preparation and Support:

  • Schedule and attend the dry run session to gain a comprehensive understanding of program transitions and necessary webinar-day of tactics.

  • Provide guidance to the facilitator and speaker on run-of-show elements, such as addressing questions, slide transitions, and managing timing.

Webinar Production (Day Of):

  • Initiate background as attendees join before the program start time.

  • Present essential housekeeping information to attendees.

  • Initial the recording of the session

  • Seamlessly transfer control to the facilitator/host.

  • Manage the distribution of session topic related links in the chat function

  • Deploy polling questions five minutes before the session concludes.

  • Host the live Q&A by reading questions submitted to the presenters

  • Commence the webinar recording at the appropriate time.

  • Potentially manage slide advancement during the webinar, as determined during the dry run.

Post-Webinar Activities:

  • Post the webinar recording for on-demand access at the designated location.

  • Upload relevant webinar assets to the shared program Google Drive, including:

    • Attendance records

    • Survey scores

    • Chat/Q&A transcripts

    • Program performance 

  • Disseminate approved post-webinar communications to the identified channel (Slack or email).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing program operations for virtual events.

  • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven experience with Zoom Meeting & Zoom Webinar.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook 

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact with global stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a sales/revenue enablement, or training environment.

  • AI tools literacy
