Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
 
Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and completing assigned projects or programs. Duties include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. Reports on project status to upper management. Expected to lead and direct the work of others with a wide degree of latitude and creativity. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of relevant experience.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
Focus: Construction project onboarding operations
Key Duties:

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of construction projects
• Collaborate with Capital Planning, Pre-Construction, Post-CAR teams
• Validate and manage data for estimates, budgets, CARs
• Document processes and drive process improvement
• Manage stakeholder communications and onboarding metrics.

 
Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex programs (Top Skill)
• Strong analytical ability; experience with data deep-dives
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) at all org levels
• Self-starter; able to independently resolve complex issues
• Industry experience in logistics/transportation is a plus
