Job Title: Marketing Insights Researcher

Duration: Remote (PST Preferred)

We are seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher for the Marketing Insights team within the Wearables Pillar. This role will support the Marcom and PMM Marketing teams by designing, executing, and delivering high-impact primary research, both quantitative and qualitative. The ideal candidate will translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans and drive significant business results.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UXR, Product Data Science, and Marketing Decision Science, to develop a comprehensive learning agenda for the Wearables pillar.
- Design and conduct innovative quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing/brand strategies.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations, producing effective communication to motivate application of learnings across the organization.
- Execute full-cycle research independently and leverage insights to inform strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate proactively with a variety of partners and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, executive-level syntheses to influence business decisions.
- Extensive experience in leading insights-driven campaigns and product/feature launches, driving impact and influencing decision-making.
- Ability to think holistically and analytically.
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis.
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills to develop research problems and methodological approaches.
- Experience conducting research on wearable technology.
- Experience with physical products is preferred.
- Experience in brand building and brand strategy development.
