Job Title: Project/Program Manager I
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 05 Months (Possibility of extension)  
Job Description:

• Seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Project/Program Manager (PM) capable of providing program management support in a fast paced and highly ambiguous environment.
• As a Program Manager, you will manage and support multiple initiatives and/or projects simultaneously while working quickly to deliver results.
• You must be a highly-effective communicator, capable of leading meetings, owning recaps and tracking milestones to report on.
• You will conduct data analysis to identify issues and implement significant process improvement projects within the team and larger business functions.

 
Key job responsibilities:

• Manage ordering workflow for assigned projects including risk mitigation and escalations
• Anticipating program changes and working with stakeholders to understand associated impacts
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and create efficiencies through initiative projects
• Develop, build and maintain positive relationships with internal program teams
• Data Entry
