o Experience in managing and maintaining Data Rooms and Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDF), including patching, cabling, and hardware installation.
o Knowledge of best practices for organizing and maintaining network infrastructure within Data Rooms and IDFs.
2. Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:
o Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls within Data Rooms and IDFs.
o Understanding of network protocols, IP addressing, VLANs, and network security principles.
3. Hardware and Cabling Expertise:
o Experience in installing, terminating, and testing various types of network cabling (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics).
o Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to servers, network equipment, and other infrastructure components.

o Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management, including incident management, request management, and change management.
o Ability to document and track support activities and network changes using ServiceNow.

Tasks and Qualifications
- Escort vendors to server room and other IT areas
- ?Hosting and site support
- Govern physical access of the data room, supervise/manage all work in the data room.
- Track and receive shipments of server and network equipment. Verify packing slips match contents of packing slips
- Maintain data room documentation and rack elevations.
- Ensure vendors are completing tasks according to client's standards. Standards will be provided
- Racking and labeling of any server or network hardware in accordance with set standards.
- Perform server and network cabling tasks following provided cabling matrix following standards
- Perform basic smart hands activities for hosting and network teams
- Assist with on site support of network and hosting related incidents and troubleshooting
- Attend project meetings as required
- Assist with UAT tasks as needed
- Have basic networking knowledge including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLANs, Trunks
- Previous experience using Service Now or similar ticketing system would be a plus
- Laptop Deployment Tasks
- 1 temporary resource needed to help assist with client device (laptop) issuance to RayzeBio (RBO) employees.
- Up to approximately 120 RBO employees to issue laptops
- Preparing laptops following documented process including assigning and tracking user prior to issuance. Some users will have specialty models as needed
- Laptop setup process will assign laptops to a user once imaged and pre-install all software and updates
- Upgrade RAM as needed
- Issue laptops over 2 weeks and tracking the delivery and reporting daily the number issued.
- Follow up with stragglers and assist with any special needs or requirements
- Provide Hypercare support for device issuance and monitor hypercare chat to triage support requests
- Support users with device configuration, device setup, VPN use instructions
- Track returned laptops and label with name and date returned
- HCL to request client's ID for the length of the contract and ensure any required training needed
- Support for AV and Printer deployments with vendor escort and UAT testing
