Job Description
Focus of Activity
• To ensure GBS planning operations are optimized in coordination with GBS Managers
• To advise on performance and digitalization improvement
• To serve on functional and cross-functional organization’s teams and have the skills to consult with team members
Major Responsibilities
• Manage KPIs monitoring and SLAs processing
• Review GBS end-to-end processes focusing in continuous improvement and controls for process, organization and IT
• Develop operational reporting that includes key metrics and emphasizes pertinent business data and drivers.
• Prepare cost analysis and reporting for GBS clients (countries). This includes reporting and analysis associated with monthly operating results against
prior periods for the consolidated GBS, as well as individual country operations.
• Plan and implement improvement initiatives across the GBS. Identify, recommend and assist with the implementation of solutions to issues faced by
management.
• Identify digitalization and automation opportunities and coordinate implementations
• Perform annual and ad hoc projects. Design business models to support the development of special business case scenarios and prepare financial
analyses to reflect various options presented
Baseline requirements
• Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
• Ability to assist in data research and consultation to business stakeholders
• Ability to lead and train process analysts in the organization
• Experience in managing staff analysts and some experience in an accounting environment
• Ability to offer solutions to complex problems and well-developed communication, management, and organizational skills
Education, Experience and Technical Competencies
• Four years college with courses in accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
• At least five (5) years financial or process analyst role experience
• Proficiency in the use of SAP 4/HANA
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Proficient in English
• Nice to have: Spanish & German
