Job Title: Marketing Campaign Project Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager will support the Business Messaging Marketing organization to develop and execute tailored integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs that drive demand generation, market awareness, customer engagement, and expansion. The role will also actively contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives around supporting growth targets through data-driven decision-making and creative customer communication strategies.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs that drive demand generation, market awareness, customer engagement, and expansion. The role will also actively contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives around supporting growth targets through data-driven decision-making and creative customer communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Project-manage and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate key information, milestones, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders, maintaining project plans and trackers as needed.
- Create and iterate key deliverables and tools for diverse audiences, bringing in the right stakeholders to ensure cross-team alignment.
Day-to-Day Campaign Operations:
- Collaborate with Marketing teams and cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy of business information, such as budget and campaign flight dates.
- Generate ongoing and ad-hoc reports, insights, and case studies to improve operational models and inform future campaigns.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across email, social, webinars, paid ads, and events.
- Develop audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing tactics, including persona mapping and campaign performance analysis.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign success, leveraging data to optimize future efforts and develop pre/post-event customer nurture and engagement strategies.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise marketing or consulting.
- Proven experience working in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, with expertise in segmenting audiences, scheduling campaigns, and improving lead nurturing.
- Familiarity with Customer Intent and Marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Process oriented with strong project management skills
- Exceptional written communication skills (i.e. Google slides presentation and business communication)
- Motivated, collaborative, and confident self-starter who is also a natural team player and able to build relationships with diverse set of colleagues at all management levels
- Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, with careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines for ad hoc requests.
- Thrives in and enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, self-starter environment
- Proficient in gSuite, especially Google Slides and Sheets
