Job Description

Title: Corporate Communications Project Manager
Duration: 06 Months 
Location:  San Diego, CA 92130


Position Summary
The Corporate Communications Project Manager will proactively lead the execution of our corporate brand refresh while also overseeing day-to-day content management across digital and corporate communications channels (including our website, corporate social media channels and internal intranet). This role will coordinate timelines, deliverables, cross-functional logistics, and content workflows to ensure a successful and aligned brand rollout across all channels and materials.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Brand Implementation Lead day-to-day project management across corporate brand refresh workstreams, including website updates, signage, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing key milestones, interdependencies, and deliverables across teams. Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (e.g., Comms, IT, HR, Legal, Commercial, Facilities) and external agency partners.
  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of internal launch materials, toolkits, and training resources.
  • Monitor project risks and blockers, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver regular progress updates to leadership.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints during implementation.
  • Content & Editorial Oversight Coordinate and manage content workflows, including ownership of the editorial calendar to align messaging across digital and corporate channels (including our website , corporate social media channels and our internal intranet).
  • Oversee Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval processes for external-facing content (e.g., website updates, social media, press releases).
  • Maintain and organize corporate communications assets and content libraries to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy access by internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with content creators and agency teams to ensure materials align with the updated brand and corporate voice.
  • Track content performance and recommend optimizations based on data and best practices (optional depending on expertise).
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field with a PMP preferred.
  • Targeting five years of progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Skills:
  • Highly organized • Proactive • Must be able to travel domestically on occasion. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
