This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can drive cross-functional teams to deliver on time and at scale.
You’ll be the operational backbone of these projects—turning strategy into execution, roadmaps into results, and ideas into working solutions that shape the employee learning experience.

• Coordinate work across L&D, Talent Practices, Change Management, and vendors to align on scope, timelines, and delivery methods (live, virtual, on-demand).
• Manage detailed project plans, workback schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage pilot plans, feedback loops, and iteration cycles to improve effectiveness pre-launch and post-launch.
• Ensure operational excellence in delivery—tracking milestones, budgets, and execution quality across global teams.
LXP Implementation Project
• Serve as the lead project manager for the selection, configuration, and implementation of a modern LXP.
• Drive collaboration with IT, procurement, HR tech, and external vendors to stay on scope, on budget, and on time.
• Oversee integration with existing systems, content migration plans, user testing, and go-live execution.
• Partner with change management and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption and engagement at scale.
• Oversee governance processes and performance tracking for implementation and launch success

What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience, ideally in HR, L&D, or related transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills—you know how to keep projects moving forward and teams aligned.
• Comfort working with vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Bonus: Experience with learning platforms, LXP/LMS tools, or digital HR tech implementation.
