Position Title: AML Data Entry and Operational Activity Execution
Duration: 3 months (Extension is possible)
Office Location: Chicago, IL 60602 (Hybrid - 2 days onsite // Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday)
Work Schedule: 8-4 Monday to Friday
 
Job Description:

• Team member to support transaction data entry on AML systems.
• Training will be provided and give team member to go into one of two AML systems and update data. Information to be entered will be provided either in a separate document/file or within the application.
• Data entry will be required daily (Monday through Friday).
• Software utilized – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, FIS Prime, SAS Viya, SharePoint, PrivateLink.

Must Have Requirement:

• Demonstrated experience in executing tasks by following detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in computer usage, with the ability to navigate various software applications and digital tools effectively.

Nice to Have:

• A College Degree is a plus.
