Business Analyst IV

The main function of a Business Analyst is to evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and use data to support decision-making. The analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting data, generating reports, and recommending actionable insights to improve organizational performance. This role requires the ability to draw conclusions from complex datasets and collaborate across teams to implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent training required
? Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets required
? Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred
Must-Have Skills
1. 70% SQL and coding - need SQL heavy person - Design
the data - Analyse the data and present it interpret
2. Software engineer, Data Analysis and business Analyst
3. Managing existing code, pipelines, writing different
analysis, coding heavy, expert level SQL
Nice-to-have Skills
1. Need someone to follow the direction
2. Communication skills
3. Insights from Data, independently working Experience with tech companies - google - strong tech
skills
Years of Experience:
5-7 years of experience
Interviews:
2 rounds - 1 technical coding and one behavioural and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain segmentation of existing code base
- Take over Tableau responsibilities from previous team member
- Data Generation and Interpretation
- Figure out how to generate data for analysis
- Interpret data to inform business decisions
- Dashboard Development
- Build dashboards to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Education and Experience
