Title: Technical Program Manager I
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Description:

• Project Manager with 2+ years of experience with operations, including request fulfillment, task followup, coordination between teams and ability to follow standard operating procedures as well as document process, identify opportunities to optimize process and provide effective communications

Responsibilities:

• Daily and Weekly operational tasks and request fulfillment for Capacity requests
• Daily and Weekly communications and updates to senior TPM and leadership on progress
• Identify regression proactively, triage and resolve it; this will reduce the risk of existing use-cases of privacy impacted by enforcements from platforms/MCPs
• Work with platform POC to identify optimization opportunities and work with privacy teams for efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Capacity operations or Incident response operations;
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure and Data Center fundamentals;
• Past experience with production engineering or systems engineering
• 2+ years of experience with operations, including request fulfillment, task followup, coordination between teams and ability to follow standard operating procedures as well as document process
