Job Title: AWM - Operations - WM Risk and Resilience - Analyst
Duration: 6 months

  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world.
  • It also plays a critical role in risk management and control, helping to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and reputation.
  • For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, Operations develops the processes and controls that make business flow.
  • As part of our team, you will support key operational functions and contribute to the firm's strategic goals through data-driven insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to Enterprise Risk Management Framework reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage with working groups and committees, representing Operations and driving forward key initiatives.
  • Contribute to weekly summaries, highlighting key operational updates and risk items.
  • Develop and maintain metric reporting dashboards to support business transparency and performance tracking.
  • Manage monthly budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Be entrepreneurial - you will be encouraged to share your thoughts on how to develop and improve processes.
  • Leverage your risk & control mind-set to regularly review operational processes to mitigate risk and identify opportunities to further strengthen the control environment.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Apply organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and organizational skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree.
