Job Description
Job Title: Project/Program Manager III
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months
Overview:
Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Required:
- Self-starter that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations and complexity
- 6+ years of experience as a producer, in creative marketing operations or a similar role with interactive/ad agencies, design studios, production or Internet companies
- A degree in communications, marketing, project management or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience with in-house or third-party project management and/or ticketing systems
- Familiarity with creative team dynamics and workflows
- Deep understanding of creative production processes
- Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a tight deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to work on different projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of marketing channels and asset requirements
- Experience with creative and marketing technology stack
- Understanding of brand guidelines and creative standards
- Basic knowledge of creative desktop design tools
Preferred:
- Experience developing and executing creative operations strategy at scale
- Proven success in change management across large organizations
- Track record of significant cost savings or efficiency improvements
- Knowledge of emerging creative technologies and automation
KPI:
- Ability to understand the work, jump in and be agile and deal with ambiguity, collaborate and maintain relationships with partners,
- Managing intake of requests and functioning within project management tools, understanding the needs of a creative team, resource management experience, strong and clear communication, understanding of creative process and workflows
Must Have:
- Experience working with creative teams in a PM/operational capacity
- Experience with 3rd party project management systems
- Basic knowledge of creative design tools (Figma)
