Job Description:
Client’s Cross Channel Marketing Team (XCM) seeks an experienced Creative Program Manager to support our Brand Architecture and Design team in executing high-impact strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• As the Creative Program Manager, you will spearhead the creative development processes for brand building and architecture initiatives.
• Your role involves comprehensive project management, including overseeing scopes, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
• You'll serve as a crucial liaison, coordinating efforts between internal creative teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• A significant part of your responsibility will be to implement and continuously refine creative workflow processes, enhancing efficiency and output quality.
• Additionally, you'll be tasked with trafficking deliverables through various stages of development, maintaining rigorous quality control standards throughout.
• Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will be essential in navigating complex brand architecture projects and delivering high-impact results for the Cross Channel Marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5+ years experience in brand strategy and architecture
• Proven track record in creative project management
• Experience with brand guideline development
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, like SmartSheet
Preferred Qualifications:
• Agency or in-house creative studio experience
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with video/photo production
Core Competencies:
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong attention to detail
