Location: Oakland, CA 94612 (HYBRID)
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Description:
- Only submit candidates local to work location-Oakland/Bay Area within service territory.
- Assignment is hybrid (80% remoted, 20% in person as team reports into the Oakland general office (ogo) on Wednesdays each week).
- Client laptop to be issued & monitors (up to 2) if needed.
- Personal phone use required and pre-determined amount for cell expense allowed for reimbursement.

Program Manager, Senior
- Case manages data requests from start to finish; responsible for strategizing and developing responses to external questions
- Works with cross-functional teams to provide collaborative factual responses utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Verifies facts, validates commitments, and compiles supporting evidence for statements made in response.
- Works independently on most issues.
- Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.
- Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
- Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
- Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
- May develop new and ad-hoc reports, summarize findings and recommendations, and provide business insight.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 6 years of related experience or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
- Knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams
- Ability to work within a Regulatory environment
- Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects
Desired:
- Primarily remote office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, and conference calls.
- Preferred in person meetings for onboarding and coaching throughout assignment (once per week).
