Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Generative AI chatbot on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance customer experience. Familiarity with AgentForce and experience in AI chatbot implementations will be advantageous. You will be responsible for driving project success, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for the Generative AI chatbot implementation.
• Manage project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring that sprints are effectively planned and goals are met.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to address project issues and risks proactively.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers/agencies to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that meet customer expectations.
• Facilitate necessary discussions to obtain data privacy, compliance and regulatory approvals for content and Gen AI interactions.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports, project timelines, and risk assessments to executive leadership and stakeholders.
4. Risk Management:
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders to enhance final outputs.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Develop performance metrics and analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement for future projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or software development projects, with a focus on AI chatbot implementations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, MarTech systems and data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and AgentForce will be a huge plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a track record of successfully leading Agile project teams (PMP, CSM, or similar certification is preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in implementing AI or chatbot technologies in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and the importance of UI/UX in project deliverables.
