Title: Professional - Project Manager II
Location: SeaTac, WA

Job Description:
The Project Manager independently provides project management support for small and or medium company projects that involve coordination between various groups both within divisions as well as across divisions at client. The position contributes to the success of clients by managing projects in accordance with established processes and procedures.
 
Key Duties:
  • In the Entry level, you will develop, make recommendations, and maintain project plans, charters, and schedules that support customer needs.
  • In the intermediate level, as a subject matter expert in project management, you will apply deep knowledge and use considerable judgement to determine the approach to ambiguous challenges, make decisions and influence across the company.
  • In the Senior level, as a subject matter expert in driving the execution and successful delivery of large and/or complex projects and in accordance with established standards and best practices. And defines the long-term strategy for managing projects to design, develop, and implement new systems and process improvements.
 
Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education:
  • 2 years of experience in project/change management or working on project teams as a team member or project lead.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to independently manage projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence project outcomes using an analytical approach and instill a sense of urgency in the project team to complete work on time.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology groups.
  • Ability to successfully lead project efforts to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple objectives/tasks.
  • Ability to identify problems and collaboratively develop alternatives for resolution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Preferred:
  • Demonstrated knowledge to define and develop People Change Management / Business Readiness plans for projects.
  • PMP certification or desire to obtain PMP certification.
  • Experience with MSFT Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Teams or other schedule and collaboration management tools.
 
Required:
  • 4 years of experience in project and/or change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to independently manage projects and manage multiple objectives/tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence project outcomes using an analytical approach and instilling a sense of urgency in the project team to complete work on time.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology groups.
  • Proven success leading project efforts to completion.
  • Ability to identify problems and collaboratively develop alternatives for resolution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Preferred:

  • PMP certification or desire to obtain PMP certification.

Required:
  • 7 years of experience as a project/program manager or related area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Hands on experience in project management, including all elements of scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, integration, staffing, communications, and change management/business readiness.
  • Experience leading projects that directly affect multiple organizations, departments and/or entire company, including projects involving process improvement principles and technology integration.
 
Preferred:
  • At least 2 years developing and managing test plans.
  • PMP certification or desire to obtain PMP certification.
  • Experience with MSFT Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Teams or other schedule management and collaboration tools.
