Project Manager
Montclair, NJ - Open to fully home-based / fully remote if no candidates are available in the Montclair (NYC) area

Notes:
Candidates in the Montclair (NYC) area can come in to the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Other days in the office would only be for client meetings as indicated by the team. No client travel required otherwise. No expenses required. Computer will need to be issued and company training will be required. Current position is for 3 months with possibility for short extension pending project needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing both internal and client communications. Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts. Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
The non-IT project manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring, quality control, and closure.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with account management, creative, digital, and strategy teams.
Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on expectations.
Coordinate and facilitate internal team meetings and client status meetings, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project progress.
Track project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project outcomes.
Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and OOP, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that competing priorities are balanced effectively.
Ensure that all project assets are properly stored, organized, and archived.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.). PMI or PMP certification preferred.
