Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Toronto , ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months of assignment (possible to extend)
The Senior IT Project Manager will play a critical role in managing all project activities related to the development and submission of the Treasury Board (TB) Business Case for CCMP implementation funding approval. This includes ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and alignment with OPS enterprise governance and digital standards.

Key responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include:
- leading all project activities through planning, scoping, implementation, and completion using OPS and industry-standard project management methodologies.
- Providing strategic direction and advice, and operational support to project teams, stakeholders, and ministry partners.
- Managing interdependencies and resolving complex issues across multiple project streams.
- Coordinating and completing Digital First Assessments (DFA) for both Discovery and Alpha phases.
- Supporting architecture governance and stakeholder engagement, including preparation for Architecture Review Board (ARB) checkpoints.
