Summary

Lead Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones to drive business growth.

Lead Flow Optimization: Analyze and optimize the lead flow process, ensuring that leads are properly qualified, scored, and routed to the appropriate programs.

Prioritization: Prioritize leads across multiple programs, using data-driven insights to ensure that the most promising leads receive timely attention.

Re-activation/Re-warming: Develop and execute strategies to re-activate and re-warm dormant or inactive leads, maximizing their potential value to the business.

Data Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on lead pipeline performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in demand management, sales operations, program management, or a related field

Proven track record of building and optimizing lead pipelines, with a strong understanding of lead qualification and scoring

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
