Job Description
Focus of Activity
• Oversee the management of master data across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and decision-making processes
• Ensure integration and smooth operation of master data and BI tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and process improvements.
Major Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the quality and integrity of master data across all business functions, ensuring compliance with data governance and internal
standards
• Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions, including reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools, to support business analysis
and decision-making
• Oversee the integration of master data and BI solutions with existing business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Work closely with business leaders to define data requirements, ensuring that BI solutions align with organizational goals and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure the continuous improvement of master data and BI processes, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and data quality
enhancements
• Manage and support BI-related projects, collaborating with IT teams and other departments to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business
objectives
Baseline requirements
• Proven experience in managing master data and BI solutions, with a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and BI tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and optimization of master data and BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business
objectives
• Expertise in data modeling, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data integration techniques
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing BI-related projects and ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Education, Experience and Technical
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus)
• At least 5-7 years of experience in master data management, BI solutions implementation, and data analytics, with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and data integration platforms
• Proficiency in SAP systems, including configuration, digitalization processes, and user support management
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions, SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Proficient in English
