Job Description

Title: Program/Project Manager
Duration: 09 months
Location: 100% Remote
 
Operational Leadership:
  • Ensure B@C pull-through across all brand activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in global co-creation and commercial planning activities, ensuring cross-functional and regional collaboration. Plan and coordinate the iGBP & operational plan dissemination to affiliates.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects in alignment with corporate goals, including defining strategy, overseeing execution and managing communications, with a high level of rigor.
  • Oversee the execution of innovation initiatives, aligning them with corporate goals.
  • Advise leadership and team on approaches, methods of working, and tools to achieve desired outcomes with optimal efficiency.
  • Manage legal and compliance reviews of global materials (iGBP) and their dissemination to affiliates, including via the Brand Portal.
 
Program, Project and Risk Management
  • Manage planning. execution, resources, and risks of multiple streams of work, initiatives, and projects in an integrated, agile manner
  • Manage AMT & GCT activities and deliverables essential to strategy creation & execution and lifecycle management. Document meeting minutes, decisions made and action items during meetings and communicate details to Affiliates and Partner functions, as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, activities, and deliverables, including strategic planning and operational execution. Implement corrective plans to address timelines when needed.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track risks related to critical activities in a proactive, structured manner.
  • Report brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to senior leaders, GBS&M leadership, regions, and affiliates.
 
Communication and Integration
  • Plan and execute timely brand communications to various stakeholders (e.g. Chief Commercial & Medical Affairs Officer, senior leaders, Corporate Strategy, Global Brand Strategy & Marketing leaders, AMT, GCT, etc.).
  • Document and communicate decisions and action items from strategic meetings (e.g. AMT, GCT, and strategic working groups).
  • Enhance the Brand Portal and team SharePoint with all meetings materials, promotional materials, news and articles, calendar, monthly leadership decks, etc.
 
Innovation and Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies to establish structure and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead and drive Agile ways of working for the brand team and associated teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements that promote agility and operational effectiveness.
  • Global Coordination
  • Support global activities such as workshops, strategic meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration and alignment across relevant Value Delivery, Value Creation and Enabling functions.
 
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in consulting or client-facing project management role.
  • Proven experience managing strategic and tactical programs and projects to successfully achieve target outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex business problems, develop clear action plans and implement solutions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive efficiencies across projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and influence in matrixed, cross-functional, multi-cultural environments.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and influencing capabilities. Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
 
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
  • 5- 10 years of experience
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) for project planning, risk management, and problem solving.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of global drug development and product lifecycle management.
