Duration: 4 Months
Shift: First Shift

Working hours start at 6 AM
Can accommodate full time
 
Responsibilities
  • Will be working with the training team
  • Need to be proficient in excel
  • Message from Manager on functions in excel needed -
  • The candidate will heavily use the basic functions of excel (entering data, inserting, cutting, pasting, sorting, filtering, v-lookups & pivot tables) All our training data is maintained in spreadsheets and there is a large volume of updates made to them daily. Weekly and monthly. If a candidate does not have a good working knowledge of excel, they will not be able to keep up with the volume of work and they will make time costly mistakes.
  • The candidate needs to have good excel experience, strong verbal and written skills, and good attention to detail.
  • Task oriented
  • Proficiency in excel required
  • Looking for someone more in the beginning of their career
  • Could promote later on but need someone who is okay with doing right now over delegating.
  • Every month will be calling the technicians that graduate, checking on them, call the manager and trainers to check in on the graduates.
  • Make sure training room is stocked with food and snacks/drinks
  • Under direct supervision and guidance, this position is responsible for all coordination and follow-up of the Technical Training Programs for the business.
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Collects data and distributes data by phone, email or mail
  • Collects, compiles and reports results and status of data
  • Communicates data and reports as needed
  • Prepares and maintains ongoing documents and procedures
  • Administers and maintains a training management system
  • Researches training supplies and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines
  • Orders supplies for training department as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization skills
  • High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely and in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are critical
  • Must be computer literate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers
