- The Content Products team, within the BizTech organization, leads the mission to deliver innovative technology, empowering our knowledge culture, driving connection and scaling support for employees and the client Community.
- Our technology powers Guest and Host support experiences in the client Help Center and Resource center, the Knowledge Center for our support ambassadors and One client for employees.
The Difference You Will Make:
- We are seeking a world-class Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap for your designated product areas, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of system and tool changes, and supervising the implementation of the product roadmap.
- Your expertise will identify current pain points for BizTech stakeholders, promote industry best practices, and maintain data integrity and accuracy within our platforms.
- You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members, driving strategy, and delivering results with excellence.
- Product Roadmap Ownership - Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Content Platform roadmap which includes our headless CMS, Contentstack and our taxonomy platform, Graphite
- Enable GAI Capabilities - Lead development of AI Assistant for Contentstack including personas, integrations, training, comms and launch.
- Enable Visual Experiences - Lead the rollout of Visual Builder, Composable Studio and Component Library to drive adoption for the simplified content authoring in Contentstack
- Tool and System Changes: Supervise the end-to-end delivery of system and tool changes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management - Identify and address current pain points, socialize industry best practices, and prioritize project pipelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Automation - Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency across core business functions including Contentstack Automate capabilities.
- Vendor Management - Partner with our vendors to drive and own the product feature and bug lifecycle from requirements gathering to launch.
- Data Integrity - Design and implement effective data management strategies, including data cleansing, deduplication, and migration.
- Industry Trends - Stay updated with the latest platform features, best practices, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Business Process Improvement - Craft and suggest future-state business processes and lead the implementation of these suggestions.
- Expertise and Mentorship - Act as a company-wide expert in relevant functional tools and applications. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on development and delivery.
- Architecture and Design Reviews - Collaborate on architecture and design reviews, offering necessary guidance to ensure development guidelines are followed.
- Contentstack Management: Implement and manage our Contentstack Automate capabilities, AI Assistant capabilities
- User Management - Manage user and RCAC management of our Contentstack and Graphite environments providing guidance to operations teams to provision/deprovision users, maintaining content governance
- Integration Delivery - Deliver Contentstack Marketplace integrations via configuration.
- Team Collaboration - Works closely with the Program Manager, Systems Engineer, and System Architect to drive technical implementation of strategic goals, ensure robust system integrations, and foster a culture of innovation and process efficiency while bridging architecture designs with practical execution.
- 10+ years of professional experience with proven enterprise-grade systems implementations, IT consulting or similar field leveraging advanced platform integrations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Contentstack headless CMS
- Experience with taxonomy platforms, preferably Graphite or other enterprise structured metadata taxonomy platforms
- Experience with Contentstack’ s Visual Builder, designing and developing and launching content models and custom components to streamline and scale content authoring
- Experience implementing Contenstack’s Automate solution to migrate team from coded to configured content automations
- Experience researching and implementing custom applications from the Marketplace from research to design and implementation
- Experience with Contentstack Personalize capabilities to provide tailored persona based user experiences as well as A/B testing capabilities
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom business solutions and integrations using enterprise platforms including Contentstack and taxonomy platforms, with Graphite as preferred platform
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and enterprise reporting best practices.
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration in large global organizations.
- Adept at leading complex projects, simplifying technical concepts, and promoting operational excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in critiquing technical designs and leading workshops.
- Exemplifies strong leadership fundamentals, guides junior team members, and drives strategy with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Proficient in designing and implementing data management strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Identifies opportunities for product improvements and standardizes processes, obtaining necessary buy-in from stakeholders.
- Demonstrates expertise partnering with engineering to develop complex data architectures with SaaS platforms including Contentstack, Graphite as well as custom tooling/services to deliver capabilities required by forward thinking stakeholders.
