5+ years of business analysis experience; preferably in Financial Services Support Represent the issues and challenges to business owners and partners, while managing their expectations and providing outstanding follow up and prioritization Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skill set that includes a collaborative and leadership approach Flexibility, attention to detail, time management, and good decision making skills when dealing with multiple tasks, changing priorities, varying stakeholder styles, and project complexities that require strong organization Ability to research and document new systems, applications and processes with little direction Ability to interview business stakeholders for business requirement gathering and to write business requirements documents based on both your interviews and your own analysis of the system/application/process Excellent oral and written communications skills with internal and external entities.
Experience in the various facets of testing: test documentation; execution; and supporting others through the testing life cycle an understanding, experience, and appreciation for the Agile values and principles Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and other MS Office Products and applications required to perform daily implementation functions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

Within?client, the?Digital Advisor Services?team is specifically focused on helping advisory firms?deliver an exceptional end-client experience?while driving their own firm’s productivity by providing them with industry leading?web, mobile, and messaging?solutions.
What you’ll do:?
- As a?Business Analyst?you will?work with Product Owners helping to?lead key components?of the Digital Onboarding application.???
- This?could include?planning?certain features of the application from concept all the way through to production, reporting (and using analytics to drive user adoption) and well as?being the key business point person?working with Field Integration groups and Marketing to roll out and support the overall application.??
- Some of the key tasks include but not limited to: Work with business partners to understand business processes, process flows, business needs and analyze problems, and identify viable solutions.
- Assist the Scrum teams with analysis, development of requirements and deliverables Develop ‘As Is’ knowledge of platform systems and help define ‘To Be’ system solutions and flows Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to build requirements Documentation of includes operational applications, processes, and the various downstream interfaces that are dependent on those systems and processes.
- Solicit, document, and manage business requirements and wireframes Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data and information from internal and external sources Ability to synthesize complex issues into digestible and easy to understand formats.
- User Acceptance Testing planning and production release checkout Assist in vision, roadmap for system development, and annual business plans and proposals Understand technical dependencies within systems that support the platform’s functionality Attend daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings
- Document product features for internal and external purposes Train business users on new product features Define and streamline consumer onboarding tools and processes to enhance the onboarding experience.
What you have:
