Job Description

The Deal Desk Analyst will support the Deals Desk team to help them scale the function and off load analysis, approvals, and documentation that helps operationalize the deals. The deals desk team works on monetization, pricing, complex deal strategies as well as orchestrating internal approval for these strategies.

Requirements
? 1-2 years of experience in deal desk / pricing work
? Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset. Problem solver.
? Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
? Extremely detail-oriented.
? Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a forever evolving and fast-paced environment.
? Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
? Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel or Google G Sheet
? Knowledge of SalesForce and Tableau

Project Scope
? Develop a strong understanding of Pure’s business model, competitive landscape and product offers.
? Support Trade-In Programs and guarantees documentation to support sales proposals. The support typically requires manual analysis, reviews of existing programs, working on price calculator to calculate trade-in credits, and ensure the applicability of the program based on the terms of conditions established
? Provide supporting details to enable the team to drive day to day decisions that guide the business towards the company’s long term goals and enhances sales productivity
? Review incoming deals for accuracy, fitness, and alignment with policies and strategic initiatives.
? Manage the incoming requests queue for support and timely coordination.

? TAT (Turnaround time) - % of quotes approved or rejected in a 24 hour period
