We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with a focus on developing and managing complex Salesforce solutions.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with a focus on developing and managing complex Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain solutions in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking capabilities
- Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
- Develop using Lightning Framework, including Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
- Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs
- Implement and manage continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes
Typical Task Breakdown:
- The scope of the implementation includes:
- Automate the research proposal submission and review process
- Conduct proposal reviews by reviewer and chair team
- Streamline grant management and tracking
- Provide real-time reporting and analytics on research activities
- Integrate with existing ARI systems for seamless data flow.
- Design, implement, and maintain solutions in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Build and optimize case management systems with entitlement processes and tracking capabilities
- Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites
- Develop using Lightning Framework, including Lightning components, Lightning events, and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications with necessary customizations
- Build solutions on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs
- Implement and manage continuous integration, automation, and deployment processes
Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:
- 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, Mulesoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.
- Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is required
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have’s:
- Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
- Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
- Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
- Support cross systems and related integration's across native Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's.
- Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
- Experience with continuous integrations, automations, and deployment of processes.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Previous Experience using AWS Systems
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
