Job Duration: 6 Months
 

Job Overview:
The position of Project Manager ­­­­­­­is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets Business located in Westbrook, ME.  This role involves managing projects related to In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation, overseeing all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to completion, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on IVDR changes with various departments.
  • Manage interactions between internal teams and TPMs.
  • Coordinate international projects and teams.
  • Support business process improvements.
  • Run effective meetings and set clear goals with deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues, mitigating project delays.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure design and regulatory compliance. Use PFMEA to drive product quality improvements.


Additional Details:

  • Must be a self-starter. Microsoft skills required. Ability to keep deadlines/timeframes. Able to work cross functionally.
  • Flexibility with evening calls (not daily).
  • One year of experience minimum needed with the ability to function with product transfer with regulatory, quality and other departments.


Education:

  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree in fields like project management/business administration/a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management required.
     
Note-
Candidates must have project management experience and some type of medical device/industry experience. They must have an understanding of a regulatory role.
