Title: Field Service Technician I 
Location: Auburn WA 98001
Duration: 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Hrs: Mon-Fri 9-6, On-Call Rotation, Virtual Office (Home Office),
Payrate: $20/hr on W2

Notes : 

• Local Travel required for daily dispatch, a Driver's License, a Reliable Vehicle, and must pass a Drug Test & Background Check.
• A+ or Lexmark certifications are preferred but not required.
• Experience with printer maintenance and POS systems.
• Must be able to complete self-directed training and have independent time management skills.
• The position is $22 with an increase to $23 if required certifications have been obtained upon conversion to Full-Time Employee

Job Description:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
